延安烟区连作土壤的真菌群落研究
Study on the Difference of Fungi Community in Continuous Cropping Soil in Yan'an Tobacco Production Area

Abstract
To study the physicochemical properties and fungal community structure of continuous tobacco-planting soil,different continuous cropping areas in Yan'an were selected to detect the physicochemical properties of soil samples in 3 growth stages including before transplan-ting,rooting,and flourishing of flue-cured tobacco,and high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the differences of fungal community in tobacco planting soil.The results showed that in the three growth stages,the available nitrogen,organic matter,available phos-phorus,and available potassium in continuous cropping soil were higher than those in non-continuous cropping soil;α diversity analysis showed that continuous cropping reduced the species richness of fungi;β diversity analysis revealed significant differences in fungal communi-ties among different continuous cropping years;in the community composition,Ascomycota,Basidiomycota,and Mortierellomycota were the dominant phylum;environmental factor correlation analysis revealed a significant positive correlation between Basidiomycota and continuous cropping years;Tausonia was the first dominant genus in Basidiomycota,and had a significant positive correlation with continuous cropping years,as does Fusarium in Ascomycota.The enrichment of soil nutrients,changes in the structure of tobacco rhizosphere fungal communities,and an increase in the relative abundance of harmful fungi may be some of the important reasons for the occurrence of continuous cropping ob-stacles in tobacco.关键词
