长喙乌头种子生物学特性研究
Study on Biological Characteristics of the Seeds of Aconitum georgei Comber

Abstract
In order to understand the biological characteristics of the seeds of Aconitum georgei Comber,the fruit pod and seed morphology were observed by observation method.The 1 000-grain weight,water content,water absorption and viability of the seeds were measured.The germination rate and germination potential of the seeds and the effect of light on seed germination were tested.The results showed that the fruit was polyfollicle,usually 2-5 pods at the bottom of the same stalk,yellowish-brown,with a long beak outward like"beak",the whole seed was"hedgehog",one end has a short beak,with a dorsal abdomen,the back was densely white,dark gray or black gradually discolored"fish-fin"fin,the abdomen has a black brown grid pattern,relatively smooth;the 1 000-grain weight of the seed was about 3.73 g,and the 1 000-grain weight of the grayish-brown seed was about 2.74 g.The water content of seeds was 7.49%,and the optimum soaking time was 48 h.TTC staining showed that the seed viability was 88%and the germination rate was 57.6%,which was lower than the ideal germination rate.Among the three color seeds,the germination rate of gray brown seeds was the highest,reaching 57.5%,while the germination rate of black seeds and gray white seeds was very low,only 8.3%and 14.4%.Light had no significant effect on seed germination rate and germination potential,but had little effect on seed germination days.The grayish brown,full,worm-free and mildew-free seeds should be selected as breeding materials,soaking time 48 h,and proper light is beneficial to shorten the seedling emergence time.关键词
