设施栽培条件下广藿香的生长及药材品质研究
Study on Plant Growth and Herbal Medicine Quality of Pogostemon cablin(Blanco)Benth.in Protected Cultivation

Abstract
[Objective]To develop the better cultivation mode than traditional open field culture of Pogostemon cablin.[Method]The seed-lings were cultivated in the aeroponics system and deep flow hydroponics system in protected environment respectively,while the control seed-ling were cultivated in pot with earth.Effects of different cultivation modes on P.cablin seedlings growth,medicinal materials yield and quality were analyzed.[Result]Under the same culture environment and nutrient solution,the plantlet grew faster than control and had higher biologi-cal yields in aeroponics and hydroponics cultivation,240 days after planting,the average height of plantlet in aeroponics cultivation was 1.11 times of control's,and the number of branches is 1.15 times of control;the fresh weight per plant of both hydroponics and aeroponics was high-er than that of the control;the volatile oil content of P.cablin in aeroponics cultivation was 0.344 7%,and the content of patchoulol,which is the key compound in P.cablin,was 49.30%.[Conclusion]The aerosol cultivation method has a significant promoting effect on the growth of P.cablin,and the quality of the produced medicinal materials is similar to that of soil cultivation.The aerosol cultivation technology can be further developed and applied to the cultivation and production of Chinese medicinal materials such as P.cablin.关键词
