农村劳动力受教育程度对家庭增收的影响
Research on the Impact of Rural Labor Force Education Level on Household Income Increase—Based on Investigation of Longnan City,Gansu Province
摘要
Abstract
By using the Mincer's income model and conducting a survey of 13 administrative villages in Wenxian County,Kangxian County and Xihe County of Longnan City,Gansu Province,this paper analyzes the causal relationship between rural labor force capacity building and household income.The results show that the capacity building of the main labor force in the household has a significant positive impact on the household income increase.For every additional year of education,the household income increases by 3.063 times.At the same time,the in-crease in household income is also affected by other livelihood capitals of the household.In the process of rural labor force capacity building,it is urgent to enhance farmers'awareness of education,increase the education level of women,strengthen vocational education and change farm-ers'educational concepts.关键词
