Abstract
The balance between requisition and compensation of cultivated land is an important component of national spatial governance,and it is an important way to strictly abide by the red line of cultivated land protection and ensure national food security.In order to outline the di-rection of the reform of the cultivated land requisition-compensation balance system in the new era,this article summarizes the development process of China's cultivated land requisition-compensation balance system,analyzes the situation of cultivated land protection,and proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions such as spatial coordination,innovative supplementary models,interest balance,and policy support to address the historical legacy problems,spatial and functional mismatches,poor collaborative governance,and incomplete supporting policies encountered in the work of cultivated land requisition-compensation balance.关键词
