乡村振兴背景下教师数字素养赋能农村职业教育高质量发展研究
Research on Teachers'Digital Literacy Energizing the High-Quality Development of Rural Vocational Education Under the Back-ground of Rural Revitalization
摘要
Abstract
The rural revitalization strategy has presented opportunities for the development of rural vocational education.Meanwhile,teachers'digital literacy is an important factor in the high-quality development of rural vocational education.Theoretical research was conducted based on teachers'digital awareness literacy,digital knowledge and skills literacy,digital application literacy,and digital social responsibility literacy.At present,the development of rural vocational education is affected by the lack of awareness of the cultivation of teachers'digital literacy,the unbalanced supply of digital resources in rural vocational education,the inadequate construction of teachers'digital literacy environment,and the lag of rural vocational education in the digital transformation of education.In order to promote the high-quality development of rural voca-tional education,the individual consciousness of teachers'digital literacy should be cultivated,the high-quality digital resources for education should be supplied;a high-quality environment for teachers'digital literacy should be created,and the security system of digital transformation of rural vocational education should be improved.关键词
