新农科背景下农林类专业"课—站结合"人才培养模式研究与实践
Research and Practice on the Talent Cultivation Mode of"Class-Station Combination"in Agriculture and Forestry Specialty Under the Background of New Agricultural Science—A Case Study of Yanbian University

Abstract
In the face of the new examination paper of rural revitalization in the new era,we regard the training of high-quality talents needed for the development of modern agriculture and the research and development of high-level scientific and technological achievements as our ini-tial intention and responsibility.In order to cope with the prominent phenomenon of"two skins"between the training of agricultural and forest-ry talents and the agricultural industry,the training mode and quality of talents are difficult to meet the needs of the development of modern ag-ricultural industry.By building a"three rural"education platform guided by the concept of"moral education as the foundation and ideological and political education as the soul",reconstructing a curriculum cluster module system with ability training as the core,building a case-driven"problem-research-oriented"teaching model,a cross-border teaching community composed of professional teachers and industrial personnel,and the evaluation system of"evaluation+feedback+reflection regulation",we formed the talent training mode of"class-station combina-tion"for agriculture and forestry majors under the background of new agricultural science,which realizes the connection between professional education and social application and ensures the cultivation of students'practical and innovative ability,and strengthens their professional skills.关键词
