Cultivation of Innovation Ability of Graduate Students of Agricultural Master's Degree in Agricultural and Forestry Colleges and U-niversities Under the Background of Rural Revitalisation—A Case Study of Southwest Forestry University

Abstract
The strategy of rural revitalisation has greatly promoted the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,of which industrial prosperity is the most basic and crucial task,and the endeavour to achieve talent prosperity is an important guarantee for the completion of this task.Under the background of rural revitalisation strategy,how to combine the characteristics of agricultural and forestry colleges and universi-ties and give full play to their own advantages so as to make the talent cultivation keep pace with the development of the times is one of impor-tant study subjects.The goal of professional degree graduate personnel training for agricultural master's degree is to cultivate applied high-level talents with comprehensive vocational skills in agriculture for agricultural technology research,application,development and promotion.Taking Southwest Forestry University as an example,through questionnaire survey,the cultivation of the innovation capability of postgraduate students majoring in agricultural master's degree in agricultural and forestry universities was discussed from the training objectives,teaching input,teaching mode and training mode,in order to establish an excellent model of excellence in the training of agricultural and forestry talents,to cul-tivate the excellence in agricultural and forestry talents who can meet the strategy of rural revitalisation as well as adapt to the structural adjust-ment of the rural industry and have strong practical ability.关键词
