安徽省共同富裕水平:区域差异及障碍度分析
Regional Disparities and Obstacle Degree Analysis of Common Prosperity Level in Anhui Province

Abstract
Through defining the core dimensions of common prosperity and constructing an evaluation index system for common prosperity in terms of"prosperity"and"common",this study uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and entropy weight method to calculate composite weights,measures the evolution of common prosperity level in 16 cities in Anhui Province from 2011 to 2022,and analyzes the regional differences in common prosperity level in Anhui Province.It also devises an obstacle factor analysis model to explore the obstacle factors that affect the advancement of common prosperity in various cities.The results indicate that,overall,the development level of common prosperity in 16 cities in Anhui Province has been on the rise since 2011,yet the pace has slowed since 2018;Geographically,a development pattern of"stronger in central Anhui,weaker in northern Anhui"has emerged,with central Anhui having the highest common prosperity level,cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt next,and northern Anhui's six cities the weakest.The target index shows that both Hefei and Wuhu rank among top five across all sub-indices of common prosperity level,while Bozhou ranks lastly in most sub-indices;Cluster analysis shows that four cities,namely Hefei,Wuhu,Tongling,and Ma'anshan,are in a leading position in the process of common prosperity,while five cities,namely Fuyang,Bozhou,Suzhou,Lu'an,and Anqing,are more affected by economic cycles and exhibit instability in the process.Therefore,it is suggested to tackle development challenges in northern Anhui,accelerate the transformation and upgrading of resource-based cities,advance livelihood projects,and develop an outward-oriented economy,making Anhui a new highland of reform and opening up in achieving common prosperity.关键词
