"接点"调适性治理:农村移风易俗中的新惯习生产机制
Adaptive Governance Based on Local"Connections"and Mechanism of Producing New Habits in Rural Social Custom Reform:A Case Study of Funeral Custom Rectification in J Town,H City
摘要
Abstract
Promoting rural social custom reform and eliminating outdated practices that conflict with modern civilization and social development is crucial for rural revitalization.Yet such reform often triggers tension between top-down bureaucratic authority and bottom-up endogenous village order.To resolve this and effectively implement rural social custom reform,it's essential to leverage the adaptive and"connective"function of community-level governance.By analyzing the funeral custom rectification in J Town,H City,this study explores the relationship between"connective"adaptation and national policy-implementation efficiency.It reveals that village officials have played a key role in"connective"adaptation during the reform,for they could effectively coordinate higher-level bureaucratic authority with village's internal motivation through operational,relational,and cognitive adaptation,thus fostering the development of new rural customs.关键词
