普惠金融赋能乡村治理的内在机制及影响效应研究
Research on the Internal Mechanism and Impact Effects of Inclusive Finance Empowering Rural Governance:From the Perspective of the Mediating Role of Economic Growth and Human Capital

Abstract
Rural governance is the social foundation of rural revitalization.Investigating the internal mechanism of inclusive finance empowering rural governance and evaluating its impact effects could provide decision-making reference for exploring the potential of inclusive finance for promoting rural governance modernization.This article uses the entropy method to comprehensively evaluate the level of rural governance and inclusive finance development.From the perspective of the mediating role of economic growth and human capital,a panel-corrected standard error model is constructed.Based on panel data from prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province,the internal mechanism,impact effects,and regional heterogeneity of inclusive finance empowering rural governance are empirically analyzed.Findings reveal that inclusive finance can significantly improve rural governance,with regional differences in its impact,while economic growth and human capital enhancement play an effective mediating role in this process.Based on our findings,efforts should be directed toward developing a high-quality inclusive finance system,strengthening the dual drivers of talent cultivation and endogenous economic growth,thereby systematically enhancing the modernization effectiveness of rural governance.Moreover,the efficiency of rural revitalization can be secured by innovating region-specific financial supply models and implementing tailored financial solutions.关键词
