油菜EMS处理后田间表现多样性分析

Abstract

In order to investigate the influence of ethyl methyl sultanate(EMS)treatments on the traits of Brassica napus L.,screen the opti-mum conditions for EMS agenesis,and study the trait manifestations of Brassica napus L.mutants,the variety Ganyouza No.8 supplied by Jiangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences was used as the test material.The emergence rates in the field after treatment with different EMS con-centrations(0.50%,0.75%,1.00%,1.25%,1.50%)were compared,and the agronomic traits after germination were observed and ana-lyzed.The results showed that the germination rate of Brassica napus L.seeds decreased with the increase of EMS concentration.And the rate approached the semi lethal rate at 1.00%EMS,which can provide a reference for future mutagenesis experiments.After EMS treatment,there were rich variations in the agronomic traits of Brassica napus L.in the field.The coefficient of variation of eight indicators such as plant height,branch height and silique length rangd from 21.11%to 47.04%,with an average of 32.82%.Among them,the coefficient of variation of the ef-fective silique in the main inflorescence was the highest.It is recommended to select Brassica napus L.varieties with traits that affect yield,such as higher plant and branch heights,longer effective lengths of main inflorescences,and a larger number of effective silique in the main inflorescence and grains per silique.
