摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To figure out the diversity and characteristic distribution of insects in Ningguo City which is located in the mountain ar-ea of Southern Anhui,and propose a series of conservation measures.[Method]The line transect and quadrat methods were used to collect and investigate local insects,and the collected insect data was analyzed through diversity index analysis.[Result]1 098 insect species were recor-ded(including 4 nationally key protected species and 2 Anhui provincial key protected species),belonging to 19 orders,181 families,and 825 genera.Lepidoptera is the most species-rich order,Coleoptera has the highest number of families,and Lepidoptera also contains the high-est number of genera.In terms of spatiotemporal distribution,the highest insect diversity was observed in September,with shrubland habitats exhibiting the richest insect diversity.The 63003310 grid shows the highest Shannon-Wiener richness index,while the 63203340 grid repre-sents the highest Pielou evenness index.Key factors affecting insect diversity in Ningguo City include habitat destruction,pesticide pollution,and extreme weather.[Conclusion]Recommendations include rational pesticide use,protection of beneficial insects,sustainable utilization of insect resources,enhanced construction of natural reserves,and continuous foundational research on insect diversity.
