摘要

Abstract

[Objective]In order to investigate the effects of extreme climate on photosynthesis and seedling growth of Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis.[Method]We compared the photosynthesis and growth affected by low(5℃/0℃)and high temperature(40℃/36℃)(day/night)between seedlings from Bagui Seedlings Co.,LTD.(BG)and another anonymous nursery(NBG).[Result]The results showed that photosyn-thetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate of BG seedlings were significantly higher than those of NBG seedlings at room temperature.The seedling photosynthesis and growth rate decreased significantly with low and high temperature stress.The photosynthetic parameters of BG seedlings were also significantly higher than those of NBG after low or high temperature treatment.The cold and heat damage indexes of BG seedlings were 0-1 and 2-3,respectively,yet those of NBG seedlings were 1-2 and 3-4,respectively.[Conclusion]This indicated that BG seedlings had a stronger photosynthetic ability than NBG seedlings in normal temperature and have stron-ger resistance and recovery ability in extreme climate stress.
