乡村振兴背景下特色民宿发展模式探索
Exploring the Development Model of Characteristic Homestays Under Rural Revitalization—A Field Study Based on Boutique Inns in Lantian County,Xi'an,Shaanxi Province

Abstract
The development of homestays can effectively solve the imbalance and insufficient contradiction of the accommodation industry in urban and rural development,promote the revitalization and upgrading of rural industries,promote the integration of agriculture and tourism,and meet the public's pursuit of a better life.It is an indispensable force for rural revitalization.As the representative of Xi'an,Lantian County characteristic homestay has typical significance for understanding the development status of rural characteristic homestay and exploring the de-velopment mode of rural characteristic homestay.Through on-the-spot investigation of 11 characteristic homestays in five towns of Lantian Coun-ty,it is found that the local homestays are scattered,the investment subjects are diversified,the operation and management levels are uneven,the supporting and service capacity is insufficient,the business essence of the homestays is ignored,and the function of the homestays is sin-gle.In view of the above problems,the author puts forward solutions from the government level,investment level,operation level,supervision level and marketing level.关键词
