Abstract

The traditional equipment inspection method has three significant defects in equipment manage-ment.First of all,human subjective factors have a significant impact on the test results,which is reflected in the reliance on manual experience,and inspectors are susceptible to interference by factors,such as skill level,operation standardization and work fatigue,resulting in inconsistent implementation of test standards.Secondly,the weight setting of evaluation indicators is not scientific.For example,the traditional method often adopts the fixed weight allocation mode,does not consider the dynamic change of enterprise equipment management con-cept,and lacks statistical verification.At the same time,the data conclusions lack accuracy,and it is difficult to effectively represent the management reality and weak links.In view of the above problems,an improved in-spection scheme based on fuzzy algorithm was proposed.By establishing the fuzzy boundary of membership func-tion quantization index and adopting dynamic weight adjustment mechanism,the evaluation results were more suitable to the actual situation of enterprises.Through the analysis of the application results of the upgrading method in the equipment inspection over the years,it was verified that it can effectively improve the adaptability of the equipment management system,improve the reliability of the device,reduce the failure rate of the equip-ment,and thus improve the equipment management level of the enterprise.
