柴油加氢精制装置运行风险分析及管控措施

Abstract
Aiming at the safety hazards of the diesel hydrorefining unit that has been in service for more than 20 years,through the operation case of a certain unit,combined with numerical simulation,eddy current testing and case analysis methods,the four main risks of material leakage,high-pressure leakage of materials to low pressure,ammonium salt crystallization of high-pressure heat exchangers and wet H2 S corrosion were ana-lyzed.The results showed that inconsistent maintenance cycles and aging of seals were prone to cause leakage risks.The pressure difference of the reaction system was large and the discharge capacity was insufficient,which was prone to cause the risk of overpressure rupture of low-pressure equipment.The chlorine and nitrogen content of raw materials and the operating temperature caused the risk of ammonium salt crystallization corro-sion.The risk of local thinning of elbows in air-cooled pipelines was led by wet H2 S corrosion.On this basis,targeted risk control measures were proposed and applied.The research results provided a replicable technical path for the life extension transformation of similar facilities in refining and chemical enterprises.关键词
