Abstract
As the core equipment for material storage in the petrochemical industry,atmospheric pressure storage tanks face risks such as leakage,lightning fire and unorganized VOCs emissions during long-term opera-tion due to factors such as corrosion,seal failure and upgraded environmental protection standards.Therefore,by analyzing the main risks and causes of atmospheric pressure storage tanks,it was proposed to include the a-doption of optical fiber sensing technology to enhance the real-time monitoring of the floating roof inclination an-gle,foundation settlement and corrosion status of the storage tanks,the deployment of lightning warning systems to improve lightning protection capabilities,and the use of AI inspection robots to replace manual inspection of high-risk areas.At the same time,comprehensive prevention and control measures such as optimizing the seal-ing structure of storage tanks,strengthening lightning protection and upgrading the VOCs system of storage tanks were implemented,aiming to enhance the intrinsic safety and environmental compliance of storage tanks.Through practical application,the new sealing technology reduced the oil and gas space by more than 93%,and the leakage concentration of the guide column was lower than 2 000 μmol·mol-1.The lightning warning system had a warning accuracy rate of more than 90%in 21 oil depots.The results showed that the synergy of intelli-gent monitoring and structural optimization can effectively reduce risks.In the future,it is necessary to deepen the research on new materials and digital full life cycle management to meet more stringent safety and environ-mental protection requirements.The research results can provide technical support for the safe and efficient op-eration and green transformation of storage tanks in petrochemical enterprises.关键词
