Abstract
Industrial Control Systems(ICS)are widely utilized in the field of process industry and is a core component of process industry automation.Regular fault diagnosis of ICS is the key to ensuring that the system can achieve its designed functions.Currently,it is facing the dual challenges of complex failure mechanisms and the lack of universal diagnostic criteria.In response to this current situation,a fault diagnosis method based on failure mode correlation and multi-physics field coupling was proposed,and a controller failure mode map-ping model covering 13 failure scenarios and a hardware degradation quantification model were constructed.The domestic intelligent detection equipment was innovatively developed,which solved the problem of incompatibili-ty in hardware diagnosis among different brands and models,improved the efficiency and accuracy of fault iden-tification,shortened the preventive maintenance cycle,and reduced the risk of unplanned shutdown of the e-quipment.By integrating multi-dimensional diagnostic methods and intelligent detection equipment,a standard-ized assessment system covering the entire life cycle of ICS was formed,providing reusable technical solutions for enhancing the safe operation level of industrial systems.关键词
