宜昌地区4 353例儿童及青少年呼吸道病原体感染情况分析
Analysis of Respiratory Pathogen Infection in 4 353 Children and Adolescents in Yichang Area

Abstract
Objective:To explore the epidemiological characteristics of respiratory pathogens in children and adolescents in Yichang area.Methods:A total of 4 353 children and adolescents who were diagnosed with respiratory tract infection in Yichang Central People's Hospital from March 2023 to February 2024 and underwent nucleic acid testing for 13 respiratory pathogens were selected as the research subjects.The distribution of infectious pathogens in different age,gender and season were analyzed.Results:Among 4 353 children and adolescents,3 224 were positive for respiratory pathogens,with a positivity rate of 74.06％.The positive rate for children aged 3 to 5 years was 79.57％,for children aged 6 to 11 years was 73.29％,for adolescents aged 12 to 14 years was 54.62％,and for adolescents aged 15 to 17 years was 55.43％.The positive rates for the four seasons of spring,summer,autumn,and winter were 65.84％,66.27％,77.29％,and 77.14％,respectively.Among the patients with respiratory pathogen infections,2 302 cases were due to single pathogen infection(71.40％),and the infection rate for multiple pathogens was 28.60％.The pathogens with higher positive rates include mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP),human rhinovirus(HRV),human metapneumovirus(HMPV),respiratory syncytial virus(RSV),and influenza A virus(FluA).Conclusion:In the Yichang area,the respiratory pathogen infection rate is higher among children aged 3 to 11 years,with infections mainly concentrated in autumn and winter.Single pathogen infections are predominant,and the pathogens with higher incidence of infection are mainly MP,HRV,HMPV,RSV,and FluA.关键词
