The Essential Tenets,Epochal Significance and Practical Requirements of President Xi Jinping's Important Discourse on Comprehensive In-depth Reform

Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC has embarked on a new journey of comprehensive in-depth reform,winning historic achievements in the Party and national endeavors.During this journey,Xi Jinping has propounded a series of innovative ideas,novel perspectives,and groundbreaking propositions regarding this comprehensive in-depth reform,which has constructed a scientific theoretical framework characterized by rigorous logic and systematic integrity.Xi Jinping's key expositions on this reform elucidate its core tenets,including its strategic positioning,overarching objectives,central themes,fundamental principles and implementation pathways.His expositions on the reform are the latest theoretical achievements of adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times.These expositions have provided powerful impetus,directional guidance and methodological guidance for promoting the comprehensive in-depth reform,and offered Chinese experience and wisdom for other countries around the world hoping smooth reforms and economic development promotion.Guided by these expositions,the comprehensive in-depth reform must follow those imperatives in practical implementation:intensifying the problem-oriented approach;prioritizing key areas for advancement;adhering to the principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability;enhancing reform effectiveness through outcome-driven mechanisms;strengthening accountability frameworks within reform processes;and systematically elevating the level of institutional openness.关键词
