Abstract
This paper studies the application of minimally invasive grouting repair technology in the repair of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement,and puts forward an efficient and low-carbon repair scheme for the problems of long construction period,high energy consumption and large traffic interference of traditional repair technology.Based on the chemical reaction mechanism of two-component high-performance polymer system,the minimally invasive grouting repair technology can repair cracks and restore the strength of pavement structure through precise grouting.The research is carried out from three aspects:material properties,construction process and application effect:by optimizing the material ratio,the balance between high strength and flexibility is achieved;The construction process includes radar joint detection,hole drilling,grouting and pavement repair;The application results show that the technology performs significantly in energy saving and carbon reduction,reducing carbon emissions by 74.4%and energy consumption by 75.3%per kilometer.The economic benefit evaluation shows that the initial cost of the minimally invasive grouting repair technology is low,the service life is long,and the life cycle cost is low.关键词
