Abstract
This paper aims to study the construction technology used to achieve the combination of cylin-drical piers,piles and columns in highway bridge projects to reasonably enhance the quality of the com-bined structure of cylindrical piers,piles and columns in highway bridge projects and to effectively ensure the safety of bridge users' lives and property.Based on the on-site construction and the previous construc-tion experience,and combined with the construction technology applied in the bridge beam pile column joint,this paper analyzes the quality problems that often occur in the construction of the cylindrical piers,piles and columns joint in actual highway bridge projects.From several aspects such as bridge pile foun-dation construction and pile foundation hole excavation,pile head smashing,pile head reinforcement cor-rection and reinforcement,the use of drilling into piles with specific purposes,electroslag pressure welding and other technologies to enhance the quality of the cylindrical piers,piles and columns combination structure in the highway bridge project and conduct reasonable verification.The experimental results show that the application of this technology can effectively correct the steel bars at the pile head,and the weld-ing effect at the joint of the piles and columns is good.The steel bar welding package is full,the upper and lower axes are aligned,and there is no obvious gap at the welding section.When the construction is completed,the hysteresis curve of the bridge pile column joint structure is relatively full,and there is a significant shrinkage after loading,because ductility coefficient is above 3,and the viscous damping ratio is between 0.03 and 0.08.And after yielding,the viscous damping ratio shows a continuous upward trend,with relatively ideal energy dissipation capacity and seismic performance,and strong stability.关键词
