Abstract
In order to complete the construction on time and enhance the construction effect of the super-large bridge,by taking the construction project of the North Shahe Large Bridge as an example,this paper studies the T-beam prefabrication and the erection technology.First,terrazzo bottom mold is used and de-signed according to the size of the pedestal.Then,the T-beam base is made of C30 reinforced concrete,and its quality is ensured through the calculation of bearing capacity,compactness test and pre-camber calcuation.This can make the top surface of the beam base form a concave curved shape.Next,the con-crete T-beam formwork is installed,all in assembled form.Subsequently,the steel bar binding and pro-cessing is carried out,and the T-beam is poured by cement concrete No.50.After pouring,the prestressed batch loading is carried out by the double tensioning process.In order to facilitate the transport of T beams,the precast T-beams are placed on the beam pedestal by using the rail type moving steel pedestal.Before the real erection,the bridge erecting machine should be tested and run.Finally,the prefabricated continuous T-beam is erected through the cooperation of laying the track,operating the beam trolley and using the bridge erecting machine.The finite element model after construction is established to verify the advanced of this technology.The results of case analysis show that when the transverse and longitudinal loads are applied to the super-large bridge constructed by the proposed technology,it is found that the de-formation in both directions of the model is small,both less than 10 mm,and the construction is finished ahead of schedule with good application effect.关键词
