Abstract
This paper simulates and analyzes the actual compressive and bending stress state of shotcrete in tunnel engineering through compressive tests on shotcrete cubes and discrete element numerical simulations of compression and bending.It explores the superiority of early high-strength shotcrete under different eccentricities.The results show that:(1)the addition of nanocrystalline gel polymer can significantly improve the mechanical properties,thereby improving the brittle failure mode of plain concrete to an elastic-plastic failure mode and enhancing the crack resistance of concrete.(2)Compared to plain concrete,early high-strength shotcrete exhibits more uniform displacement deformation during tensile failure,forming a symmetrical annular low displacement zone and reducing the possibility of local stress concentration failure in the structure.(3)Early high-strength shotcrete not only improves the deformation resistance of concrete,but also significantly enhances its ductility,resulting in smaller displacement deformation at the ultimate bearing capacity state,effectively avoiding brittle failure.关键词
