摘要

Abstract

Nanning Yinghua Bridge is a single main cable steel box girder suspension bridge with a main span of 410 m.The landscape requirements for the bridge tower are high and the structure is complex,which makes the design difficult.Combined with the shape characteristics of the cultural relics sheep horn chime bell unearthed in Guangxi,the scheme with a high arched tower is proposed.According to the geo-logical conditions of the bridge,the foundation without tie-beam is adopted.The bridge tower is a steel-concrete composite structure.The lower tower column adopts prestressed concrete structure,and the other positions adopt steel structure.The steel-concrete connection parts are connected by studs,perforated plates,prestressed steel strands,etc.,and the gradual transfer of the force between steel and concrete is ensured through multiple stress transitions.By setting multiple crisscross vertical partitions inside the up-per beam,the effective diffusion of huge vertical cable force is ensured.The overall calculation model and the bridge tower independence model are used for structural analysis.The mechanical performance of the bridge tower meets the requirements.Through the research on the key technologies used for the bridge tower design,the integration of landscape effect and structural functionality has been achieved,which has strong guiding significance for the bridge tower design of other single main cable scenic suspension bridg-es.
