摘要

Abstract

The overall performance of marine containerized mobile power supplies is affected by external factors such as high temperature,high humidity,and high salinity.To solve this problem,a thermal insulation coating technology for the box of marine containerized mobile power supplies is proposed.By coating insulation materials,the heat dissipation capacity of the box surface is increased.The coating implementation process includes base surface treatment,radiation cooling coating,and self-cleaning cover coating.After the above coating process,the thermal insulation and self-cleaning effect of the marine containerized mobile power supply is achieved.Experimental verification shows that after applying this thermal insulation material,the marine containerized mobile power source can achieve passive thermal insulation and anti-pollution and anti-corrosion effects,improving the equipment's resistance to corrosion.The maintenance costs and cleaning frequency of the enclosure are significantly reduced.
