从"十四五"新标准看北京市地质勘查专业标准体系的发展与优化
Development and optimization of the geological exploration industry standard system in Beijing from perspective of the the 14th Five-Year Plan new standards

Abstract
The construction of a professional standard system for geological exploration in Beijing based on the needs of urban construction and development in the capital city is a key action to follow the instructions of the CPC Central Committee and respond to the relevant requirements of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government.The professional standard system for geological exploration in Beijing is based on the national geological survey technical standard system,under the guidance of the national and related industry standard systems,and combined with the characteristics of Beijing.It is divided into three levels:basic standards,general standards and special standards,including regional geological survey,mineral resources exploration and utilization management,hydrogeological exploration and other 9 professional fields.This paper analyzes the development trend of the standard system by studying and statistically combing the lately released standards,the standards under compilation and the standards to be compiled since the 14th Five-Year Plan.Through studying the development and evolution of the standard systems,existing problems of the standard systems are pointed out.To optimize the system,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward such as expanding the coverage of the standard system,improving the professional classification of the standard system,revising and updating the old standards,and stepping up the formulation of urgently needed local standards.关键词
