超音频脉冲方波电弧对镍基合金焊缝金属高温低塑性裂纹(DDC)的影响
Influence of Ultra-high Frequency Pulsed Square Wave Arc on DDC of Nickel-based Alloy Weld Metal

Abstract
The effect of ultrasonic frequency pulsed square wave arc(UFP)on ductility dip cracking(DDC)of nickel based alloy 690 weld metal was studied and comparison was made with constant direct current(DC)TIG through high-temperature tensile testing and microstructure observation.The results showed that the tensile strength of UFP welds slightly decreased compared to that of DC welds within 750℃to 1050℃.However,the difference in strength between the two was negligible from 900℃to 1050℃.During the experimental temperature,the UFP weld metal exhibits a higher reduction of area,indi-cating that the UFP weld metal possesses enhanced resistance to DDC.UFP significantly shortens the columnar austenite crystals,increases the proportion of dendrites,and induces the formation of relatively small equiaxed dendrites.Simultane-ously,it reduces the size of precipitated phases and enhances their dispersion.Fine grains can reduce stress concentration at grain boundaries.Curved grain boundaries can mechanically lock grain boundaries,effectively hindering their slip.The pre-cipitation phase on the grain boundary during solidification can hinder the migration of grain boundaries and facilitate the formation of bent grain boundaries.All these factors can slow down the initiation and propagation of DDC.关键词
