Abstract
The Sixth Session of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress successfully deliberated and passed the State Council Proposal on Issuing additional Government Bonds to Support Post-Disaster Recovery and Reconstruction and Enhance Disaster Prevention,Mitigation and Relief Capabilities.The China Earthquake Administration's catastrophe prevention project has been included in the scope of the trillion national debt support.The construction scale is unprecedented,which is a practical measure to deeply implement the major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee,and its core purpose is to comprehensively improve the regional risk prevention ability to cope with major earthquakes and catastrophes.Through the promotion of the catastrophe prevention project,Xuzhou will further improve its disaster prevention and reduction system,enhance the ability to cope with sudden earthquake disasters,and provide a more solid guarantee for the safety of people's lives and property.关键词
