Abstract
To enhance the automatic control capability of mechanical draft cooling tower in large-capacity gas-steam combined cycle power plants,this paper proposes an automatic control strategy for cooling tower based on thermal equilibrium calculations.The strategy calculates the post-cooling water temperature using the relationship between the flow rate and the supply/return water temperatures of the circulating water system.By comparing this temperature with a preset target value,fuzzy control is implemented to regulate the running number of cooling tower fans.The adoption of this control strategy significantly improves the start-up compatibility between the cooling tower and the gas turbine combined cycle.The proposed strategy enhances the automatic control performance and overall operational economy of cooling tower,achieving energy conservation and emission reduction.关键词
