Abstract
To enhance training management in the power sector and promote the digital transformation of human resource management,this paper takes Company D as a case study to explore the construction of a new training management model based on project management concepts.By applying the five process groups of project management and utilizing key tools such as Work Breakdown Structure(WBS)and the Responsible-Accountable-Consulted-Informed(RACI)matrix,Company D has developed a digital training management platform that covers the full training process,enabling standardized and systematic project execution.In addition,replicable templates for training implementation have been established to improve the efficiency and quality of training work.The results demonstrate that integrating project management methodologies with digital technologies can significantly support innovation in training management models within the power industry,enhance process control and traceability,and provide practical references and theoretical guidance for talent development.关键词
