Abstract
In order to objectively evaluate and select equipment suppliers for EPC projects and solve the deficiencies in the comprehensive bid evaluation method,based on the analysis of the equipment supplier evaluation index system and comprehensive consideration of the technical quality,after-sales operation and maintenance,performance capability,payment and bid evaluation price,two evaluation models are respectively built based on the comprehensive bid evaluation method and the TOPSIS method.Combining with specific power engineering examples,the evaluation results and priorities of the two methods are calculated.The comparative analysis of the two methods shows that the adoption of the TOPSIS evaluation model overcomes the human factors in the comprehensive bid evaluation method,and the comprehensive application of various evaluation methods and models can better carry out the evaluation and selection of equipment suppliers for power engineering EPC projects.关键词
