摘要
Abstract
Based on the case of Guangdong Institute,this paper explores the practice and effectiveness of collaborative governance on construction project archives in the context of enterprise archive management.Through measures such as improving institutional systems and management mechanisms,fully utilizing information technology,strengthening supervision and control,and strengthening training and guidance,the cooperation of EPC project archives management between different departments and entities has been promoted.And documenting work has been developed from"single direction"governance by archive management center of the company to a"multiple"interactive governance model.The management practices are creative as interactive governance on archive management,which promote the company to adapt to the needs of the new situations and development of information era.关键词
