Abstract
In underground mining operations employing the filling method,the design of stope filling to the roof and the second-step stoping is a significant challenge.Besides the physical properties of the filling material and the filling method,the spatial configuration of the void area is also a crucial factor that affects the filling to the roof.The Sifang Gold Mine project team utilized a three-dimensional laser scanner and a specially made vertical hole guide to accurately capture the stope geometry before and during filling.The fitting error between the point cloud and the actual surface of the stope was less than 5 cm.Practice has shown that this method can greatly reduce the impact of stope geometry on filling to the roof,and simultaneously provide a reliable basis for the design and construction of the medium-depth holes in the second-step stoping.This approach addresses potential safety issues that may arise due to unknown pillar thickness during the second-step stoping.关键词
