Abstract
Xinluo District of Longyan City is rich in mineral resources,but its extensive development model has led to issues such as low resource utilization efficiency,ecological environmental damage,and safety production risks,hindering the transformation of resource advantages into economic benefits.Based on sustainable development theory,this study combines field research and data analysis to systematically analyze the current status and challenges in mineral resource development and management in Xinluo District.Six countermeasures are proposed,including mine transformation and upgrading,green mine construction,digitalization of management systems,and improvement of regulatory mechanisms.The research indicates that through policy guidance,technological innovation,and strengthened regulation,Xinluo District can achieve coordinated development of resource exploitation and ecological protection.Its experience may provide valuable insights for the transformation of similar resource-based cities.关键词
