Abstract
Under the conditions of environmental protection,high yield,and smooth production,blast furnace ironmaking has put forward higher requirements for the stable and long-lasting operation of the sealing valve under the furnace top.Leakage of the sealing valve can cause the blast furnace to shut down for maintenance,directly affecting the production of molten iron and seriously affecting the stable and smooth production of the blast furnace.This article analyzes the causes of leakage of the lower sealing valve and the stress analysis of the working state valve,effectively solving the problem of equipment operation with defects,extending the service life of the lower sealing valve,and prolonging the maintenance cycle of the blast furnace.关键词
