Effects of Zr Addition on the Microstructure and Properties of Cu-Sn-P Alloy
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the effects of Zr addition on the mechanical properties,electrical conductivity,corrosion resistance and microstructure of Cu-Sn-P alloy were investigated.The results show that the Zr addition can enhance the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of Cu-Sn-P alloy,but reduces the corrosion resistance of the alloy.The alloy with 0.05 wt%Zr exhibits the best comprehensive performance with hardness of 235.6 HV,tensile strength of 707 MPa and electrical conductivity of 15.7%IACS.CoMPared with the Cu-Sn-P alloy without Zr addition,the hardness,tensile strength and electrical conductivity are increased by 8.6%,11.3%,and 16.3%.The addition of Zr can refine the grains of Cu-Sn-P alloy and form Zr-P precipitation phase in the alloy.The Zr-P precipitates contribute to the precipitation strengthening and the purification of Cu matrix.The purification means a reduction of solute atoms in the Cu matrix,which reduces the distortion of the copper lattice,thereby reducing the electron scattering and improving the conductivity of alloy.关键词
