摘要

Abstract

This work investigates the effects of process parameters(extrusion ratio,cooling method)on the microstructure,mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of 1060 aluminum alloy.The results indicate that increasing the extrusion ratio and reducing the cooling rate can promote the recrystallization of the 1060 alloy.Compared to the cooling rate,the extrusion ratio has a more significant impact on recrystallization.Although a low extrusion ratio suppresses dynamic recrystallization and improves the mechanical properties of the alloy,it reduces electrical conductivity.This work provides method for controlling the properties of 1060 aluminum alloy during extrusion process.
