Abstract
The high temperature valve of the collecting pipe of the heat recovery coke oven is used to adjust the suction force of the boiler through the lifting and lowering of the valve plate.At the same time,when the boiler encounters an emergency or the boiler needs internal inspection and cleaning,the high temperature valve valve plate must be closed before the boiler can be stopped.As the quality of the high-temperature valve plate is 310S stainless steel skeleton+castable,most of the valve plate of this material is broken less than a year after use,and the broken valve plate is stuck in the valve groove,making the new valve plate unable to install and adjust the boiler suction,and the boiler can not stop the furnace in emergency situations,causing great safety hazards to production.If the traditional method of taking out the broken valve plate of high temperature valve is followed,it not only affects the production,but also costs a lot of maintenance.At the same time,because the coke oven body changed from negative pressure to positive pressure during the maintenance process,the temperature in the collector pipe dropped from 1350℃to normal temperature,which greatly affected the service life of the coke oven body and the collector lining.Therefore,this paper invented an online extraction method of high temperature valve break valve plate of heat recovery coke oven collector,which solved the appeal problem,and also provided a reference for online extraction of castable break valve plate or large refractory brick in the same type of high temperature flue that can not stop the furnace.关键词
