Abstract
The paper analyzes low carbon practices of such enterprises as CNPC,Sinopec,CNOOC,and Yanchang Petroleum Group from corporate energy mix optimization,low-carbon transition paths,carbon management systems,and new energy strategic layout.International policies promoting oil and gas decarbonization demonstrate notable synergies,China's national low-carbon policy framework is progressing,and subnational governments and enterprises is adopting innovative policies and differentiated implementation approaches.At present,unverified cost-effectiveness and operational reliability of emerging technologies,inadequate policy systems,and weak implementation and regulatory enforcement mechanisms are main challenges.It discusses implementation pathways and application scenarios for oil and gas decarbonization and thus proposes such suggestions as establishing integrated carbon capture,utilization,and storage(CCUS)-green hydrogen coupled industrial ecosystem,developing digital carbon management platforms,implementing bio-system-based carbon sequestration technologies in oilfield operations,and leveraging carbon insurance instruments with financial innovation.关键词
