四川省能源消费碳排放影响因素作用效应研究
The effects of influencing factors of energy consumption and carbon emissions in Sichuan province:a dual perspective of new quality productivity forces and socio-technical transition

Abstract
This paper constructs a research framework from dual perspectives of new quality productivity and socio-technical system transition and empirically examines the impact of multiple factors on energy consumption-related carbon emissions in Sichuan Province by employing stochastic frontier analysis to measure regional science and technology innovation efficiency and incorporating two-way fixed effects with mediated effect models.The results demonstrate that though Sichuan Province shows an overall upward trend in science and technology innovation efficiency,significant regional disparities exist,science and technology innovation facilitates carbon emission reduction through advanced labor supply,exhibiting an inverted U-shaped relationship,with institutional measures demonstrating mediating effects,population growth exerts a positive simulative effect on regional energy consumption emissions,industrial structure positively influences carbon emissions,economic scale emerges as the primary driver of energy consumption emissions,urbanization progress positively stimulates carbon emissions,both energy consumption structure and intensity serve as core endogenous factors negatively inhibiting emissions,the impact of energy consumption intensity depends on the combined effects of economic decoupling,energy use entities,and energy efficiency technologies,and foreign investment exhibits a modest positive effect on carbon emissions.关键词
