Abstract

CNPC,SINOPEC,CNOOC,and other major oil and gas companies are accelerating their strategic deployment in the renewable energy power generation sector,facilitating the integration of traditional oil and gas operations with renewable energy development and therefore enhancing renewable energy consumption capacity.In recent years,national energy authorities have actively promoted the establishment of a unified national electricity market system,mandating that,in principle,all grid-connected electricity from renewable energy projects must enter into the electricity market.With such problems as the organizational structure,division of responsibilities,capacity building,and marketing resources of power marketing operations,oil and gas enterprises should establish their tailored power marketing systems adapted to national power market reform by comparing to their power market systems of oil and gas enterprises,power generation groups,and new energy equipment manufacturers respectively.It proposes strengthening capacity building across relevant business segments,forming an integrated power sales and service division appropriately,and creating a dedicated power service sector to evolve into a comprehensive energy service provider capable of delivering professional solutions.
