高血压与糖尿病共病的影响因素研究
Factors affecting the comorbidity between hypertension and diabetes mellitus
摘要
Abstract
Hypertension and diabetes,being among the most common chronic diseases worldwide,the coexistence of hypertension and diabetes(Hypertension-diabetes mellitus,HTN-DM)increases the risk of patients developing cardio-vascular diseases and other complications such as retinopathy and nephropathy.As the prevalence of HTN-DM continues to rise,the public health hazards it causes are also increasing,making research into its influencing factors increasingly important.This article reviews the literature in recent years both domestically and internationally,summarizing aspects of the pathophysiological mechanisms,epidemiological characteristics,and related influencing factors of HTN-DM.The results of the literature review indicate that,in terms of pathophysiological mechanisms,insulin resistance,chronic inflammation,endothelial dysfunction,and autonomic nervous system dysfunction can promote the development of HTN-DM through pathways such as metabolic disorders,vascular damage,and sympathetic nervous system activation;demographic characteristics(age,gender),economic environment(socioeconomic status,environmental factors),lifestyle habits(smoking,alcohol consumption,exercise,dietary habits,sleep habits),family history,psychological factors,and obesity have also been confirmed to be associated with the risk of HTN-DM.Analyzing these influencing factors and their interrelationships can effectively identify high-risk populations for HTN-DM and develop personalized prevention strategies.关键词
