雷火灸联合中药治疗对冻融胚胎移植妊娠结局的影响
The impact of Thunder-fire Moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine treatment on the pregnancy outcomes of frozen-thawed embryo transfer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Thunder-fire Moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine on the assisted reproductive outcomes of patients undergoing frozen-thawed embryo transfer.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 infertile patients who underwent frozen-thawed embryo transfer treatment in the Department of Reproductive Medicine at Xinyu Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023.The patients were divided into two groups based on the treatment received:the experimental group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases).The control group underwent endometrial preparation using a hormone replacement regimen,while the experimental group received Thunder-fire Moxibustion combined with kidney-tonifying Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of hormone replacement therapy.The general characteristics of the patients,endometrial thickness on the day of embryo transfer,and pregnancy outcomes were analyzed between the two groups.Results:There were no statistically significant differences in the average age,infertility duration,body mass index,and basal hormone levels of the patients and their spouses between the two groups(P＞0.05).Similarly,there were no statistically significant differences in the quality and number of transplanted embryos(P＞0.05).The endometrial thickness in the experimental group on the day of transplantation was significantly increased compared with the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.003).The embryo implantation rate(65.9%)and clinical pregnancy rate(70%)in the experimental group were both higher than those in the control group,with embryo implantation rate(42.5%)and clinical pregnancy rate(47.5%),and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The biochemical pregnancy rate in the experimental group(5%)was much lower than that in the control group(20%),with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Thunder-fire Moxibustion combined with kidney-tonifying traditional Chinese medicine can increase endometrial thickness,improve endometrial morphology,thereby enhancing endometrial receptivity,and improving the embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate in patients undergoing frozen embryo transfer.关键词
