以家庭为中心的日间光疗病房在新生儿高胆红素血症中的应用效果
Research on the application effect of family-centered daytime phototherapy ward in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical intervention effect of the family-centered daytime phototherapy ward model on neonates with hyperbilirubinemia.Methods:A total of 120 neonates with jaundice admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the conventional care control group(60 cases)and the family-participatory daytime phototherapy observation group(60 cases)based on the informed choice of their families.The control group was admitted to the conventional neonatal ward,while the observation group was admitted to the family-centered daytime phototherapy ward for blue light irradiation treatment and corresponding care.The serum bilirubin levels,transcutaneous jaundice regression time and bilirubin normalization time,feeding status and sleep quality of the two groups 3 days after the treatment were compared,as well as the psychological state and treatment satisfaction of the mothers of the two groups of neonates.Results:The serum bilirubin level,the time of percutaneous jaundice resolution and the time of bilirubin recovery after 3 days of blue light irradiation in the two groups were with no statistical significance(P＞0.05).However,the feeding status and sleep quality of the two groups were better in the experimental group than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.001).Comparing the psychological state of the neonate's mother,the scores of anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)scales in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.001),with statistical significance.The satisfaction of the ob-servation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P=0.002).Con-clusion:The family-centered daytime phototherapy ward mode of blue light irradiation of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia showed that the serum bilirubin level,the time of percutaneous jaundice resolution and the time of bilirubin return to nor-mal were almost the same as those of hospitalized children,but the feeding status and sleep quality were better than those of hospitalized children,which enhanced maternal and infant affection,alleviated maternal anxiety and depression,and improved satisfaction of patients'families with the treatment.It is worth promoting.关键词
