瓜蒌皮色素基于稀土媒染在丝织物上的性能研究
Research on the properties of cucurbital pigments based on rare earth media dyed on silk fabrics

Abstract
To address the unsatisfactory dyeing effects of natural dyes and aiming to reduce environmental pollu-tion caused by the use of traditional heavy metal mordants such as alunite and ferric sulfate,investigates the dye-ing performance of pericarpium trichosanthis pigment on silk fabrics using rare earth mordants,with a focus on exploring the mechanism of action of lanthanum chloride as the mordant.The dyeing process parameters were optimized using Design of Experiments(DOE)and single-factor experimental designs.The results indicate that the optimal mordanting process for Pericarpium Trichosanthis involves the use of lanthanum chloride as the mor-dant at a concentration of 7 g/L,with a Pericarpium Trichosanthis pigment concentration of 2.5 g/L,a mordant-ing temperature of 60℃,a mordanting time of 60 minutes,and a dye solution pH of 2.Silk fabrics mordanted with lanthanum chloride and dyed with Pericarpium Trichosanthis exhibit a crock fastness rating of 4 or above,a light fastness rating of 6 to 7,and a washing fastness rating of 4.关键词
