XY-6DB型钻机的研制及应用
Development and its applications of XY-6DB drilling rig
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of backward geological drilling equipment,more safety hazards and low drilling efficiency,the new XY-6DB deep hole core drilling rig and its supporting equipment have been developed.This drilling rig is mainly composed of a spindle-type core drilling rig,integrating modular AC variable frequency electric drive unit and data acquisition unit,electrical system configuration using PLC and fieldbus,and intelligent remote control in driller's room,which meet the requirement of 2000 m(NQ)deep hole coring drilling.After the field applications in two drilling holes,the results were obviously.It increases the automation degree and drilling efficiency of core drilling,avoids the occurrence of accidents in hole,reduces the labor intensity and safety risks of workers,improves the working environment of workers,and ensures the quality of drilling holes,which provide the practical experience and research direction for the upgrading of geological core drilling equipment.关键词
