Abstract
With the rapid development of technology and industry,the demand for methane and helium is also increasing.However,most oil and gas drilling sites are located in the field,far away from laboratory,so it cannot meet the real-time testing needs for on-site coring and gas analysis.In order to meet the need of coring gas testing instrument at oil and gas drilling sites,a handheld rapid detection device for methane and helium concentration has been developed.The methane and helium rapid detection device is composed of detection control system,high-precision methane and helium sensors,and other modules,with zero calibration,concentration calibration and other functions.The effectiveness of this rapid detection device was analyzed by comparing its values with standard gases.The results show that the methane and helium concentration detection device has the advantages of portability,accuracy and efficiency,and is suitable for on-site detection in drilling.关键词
