柔性电热材料在康复领域的研究进展
Research progress of flexible electric heating materials in the field of rehabilitation
摘要
Abstract
Flexible electric heating materials,with its low voltage rapid heating,flexible washable,thin and inte-grated advantages,are widely used in thermal physiotherapy clothing,far-infrared health care and other medical health care fields.The heating performance of flexible electric heating materials is closely related to the resis-tance characteristics of the materials.At present,intelligent heating products have pain points such as small heat-ing area and poor comfort,which are difficult to meet the application needs of medical and health fields.Taking flexible heating materials as the research object,systematically reviews three types of flexible heating materials of electric heating wire,electric heating film and electric heating fabric in recent years and their research prog-ress in the field of rehabilitation,and analyzes the problems of flexible electric heating elements,such as poor moisture and heat balance,poor washable resistance,difficult large-scale production,complex multi-function in-tegration and low safety.It is pointed out that the main development direction of electric heating fabrics in the future focuses on multi-function and integration.关键词
